Bi-Rite faced significant challenges with their previous digital setup. The existing solution lacked sophistication, was riddled with technical debt, and suffered from ongoing issues like slow speed. Moreover, the website's invoicing system was not integrated with their internal ERP, causing considerable operational headaches.
